Experienced HR Business Partner with over 10 years background of developing business strategies in recruitment, retention, leadership & management, compensation, and learning and development for investment in people.
Following maternity leave with my first child I decided to change career path, wanting to find a better work-life solution for me and my family, so I completed an Early Years Education and Childcare qualification to take over ownership of running an existing childcare setting. I then grew the portfolio of the business by adding a second Early Years setting and also diversified by providing before and after school care at local primary schools. In the last few years I have developed holiday childcare programs to extend the childcare support required for working parents.
I am bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills from over 20 years to The Breaker Collective, which I am dedicated to making successful for the benefit of women just like me.
