He iis an experienced entrepreneur and technology consultant who has spent over 10 years identifying social impact opportunities and bridging them with technical solutions.
At the Untited Nation development program, he created a machine learning translator connecting public sentiments to sustainability targets. For the Colombian government, Sebastian built computer vision algorithms to model road safety factors and IoT networks with pollution predictors.
Across public sector partnerships, he has excelled at understanding real-world problems faced by end users and proposing targeted artificial intelligence or data-driven innovations.
