Cate Kelly

Cate has served as Head of Communications at Open Forest Protocol for over 3 years directing social media and content strategies and leading collaborations with partners and media. Through this, she has helped build the OFP brand and voice from the ground up.

Cate has also consulted for the Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation and ReFi DAO in terms of communications and content. She has additional exposure supporting marketing efforts for multiple blockchain projects within the NEAR Protocol ecosystem. Past engagements also involved copywriting content optimized for SEO performance across entertainment and technology outlets, storytelling for brands, and communication structure development. Through these experiences, Cate has integrated communications planning abilities across mediums like podcasting, blogging, and grassroots social media engagement.
