Vaiva Zvirblyte

Vaiva has founded SOLIDU from her own kitchen. She formulated the first products, produced the first batches, and made her first face-to-face sales in the markets and fairs. She has a background in international sales and marketing. Vaiva has a degree in Chinese studies and is fluent in Chinese.

The story behind Solidu

After living in Shanghai for seven years, she decided to leave China and went traveling around Asia. She gave away all her things to fit all her life‘s possessions in one backpack. That’s when she discovered solid shampoos. She was amazed that I had never heard about it, nor any of her friends.

After the trip she returned to Lithuania and started making solid shampoo and cosmetics by herself. In 2018, she started selling solid products in street fairs and different events and this was a very new concept in Lithuania. Because of this, she insisted that people try it, even give it away for free. People realized that it works and it’s a good product, so they returned and bought it for themselves and as presents for their friends.
