Monika joined SOLIDU team very early on, and soon became the brains and hands behind SOLIDU manufacturing. She is extremely resourceful, and at the time ensured smooth manufacturing in a facility as small as 20 sqm., and without clear procedures in place.
She gradually put together a team, created and implemented all the manufacturing procedures and structure. Besides from that, she became a master cosmetics formulator.
Her expertise can be found in every SOLIDU product and she continues to manage her team with precision and efficiency.
