The inquiry throughout Evans career has been to explore the structural roots of global challenges. This led him to develop deep expertise in the fields of the environment and sustainability, social finance, new economics, and governance.
He currently lead grantmaking, investments, and partnerships at One Project. At One Project he focuses on supporting a broad landscape of organizations focused on New Economics and 21st Century Governance, with a specific focus on post-capitalist economics.
Previously worked at several leading social enterprise and impact investing organizations, including the Impact Hub and Social Capital Markets (SOCAP), where he developed entrepreneurial support programs to enable seed-stage social entrepreneurs to better achieve their goals.
Looking to go deeper into the roots of global challenges he created a new economics think tank, Whole Person Economy, that explored the structural conditions in modern economic systems that are precipitating the ecological crisis, inequality, and a crisis in meaning.
MBA from Oxford University Saïd Business School with a focus on social finance. He also holds a Master's in Environmental Management from UMUC and a Bachelor's in Music from Indiana University.
